Hey loves,

Hows it going?

Did I just manage to get only one winter look done this winter? Hmmm… Can we just blame the horrible cold weather? I mean who wouldn’t love to stay at home in their pjs with a cuppa?

Ok lets just move on to Spring – This is my fave time of the year where everything change. Days are getting longer, I love finishing work and its still lit outside. I can even manage to to shoot on my days off.

So what do I like the most about days off? I just love spending hours digging into my wardrobe and putting an outfit together. Once I know I have an outfit ready everything else falls together by it self. I mean I know I am going to shoot obviously.

Second fave part is getting ready. I love taking the time to do my hair and makeup. About today – My amazing sister decided to style my hair for me. She said lets try vintage theme with a modern twist. We both love the theme of 60’s, so we agreed to go for big curly hair with a colourful headband. (this headband is my neck-scarf).

Dress – I wore this dress before but never had the chance to take pictures or anything so it was a perfect dress for today’s shoot. I bought this midi-dress from Zara a while ago and I love it. I think its a perfect fit (finding a good fit midi-dress for a short girl is hard).

How I got my perfect big curls – My sister decided to use a big curling wand to curl the hair- she then used heated rollers to set the hair for longer- Somehow this made the curls last all day.

I could literally write an essay about the details but lets just add the pictures- Guys give me some feedback. What do you think of this look?

Hi Guys,

I hope you’re all enjoying this lovely weather we are having as much as I am, I cannot believe how dark my skin has become. I am more tanned than when I was in Spain.

So, I have been going on about wireless festival for ever and finally I went for the full three days and now have the time to blog about it. Wireless Festival was amazing, I enjoyed every second of it to the fullest. There is no doubt or denying, I have already planned I am going again for the full three days next year.

Wireless day one:- 5AM alarm, 2 hours sleep and 3 hours drive, get the keys for the house we were renting for the long weekend, have brunch before heading to the Festival. We managed to do all of this with a little delay (London’s crazy Traffic- Londoners knows what I’m talking about) , getting lost (god knows how many times – we lost count) and finding a nice place to eat.

Best part of the festival – Of course after music and seeing all the amazing artists performance – in between the acts my fav thing is people watching. OMG I saw some amazing festival outfits which really inspired me, some really strange ones and some that should be banned for next year. Those who went knows exactly what I’m talking about.

Day one- I decided what I was going to wear days before so getting ready in the morning was not a challenge and I cannot believe it only took me 30 minutes. Day one was also very busy for me so I didn’t get the chance to take pictures on my camera but I have a few snaps on my phone and managed to take a few the next day with the same outfit (DW I didnt wear the same outfit twice – just to take pix :))

Makeup – This is my fav makeup look this summer, It is so easy to achieve in less then 30 minutes .

Hair – It was 30C that day and keeping my hair in a neat topknot was a great idea.

Netherland- Road Trip Day Two

Hey guys…

Its 4 AM and I just got back from an amazing party-  I forgot how much effort it takes to get ready for a Persian party, it was definitely worth it tho.

This country is so beautiful, I just want to explore like every corner of it- My driving on the right side of the road is definitely improving apart from speeding- Expecting a few fines but thats the least of my worries for now.

Outfit- I decided to ditch the black for a change, I wore my navy and gold dress ( sample from Great plains London) such a brave decision… The dress had too much details so I didn’t bother with accessories-

Heres some pictures, I was too busy dancing and catching up with fams but managed to snap a few images of my outfit before going to the party.

Netherland- Road Trip day one

Hey guys….

I drove to Holland and all my dreams came true. So this is my first Road-trip outside UK- Kinda scary and I can’t tell you guys how nervous I was. Finally over that now and guess what I’m alive, survived the long drive and even went out- Just getting used to driving on the other side of the road- Too much concentration is needed.

I know I said i will reshoot my outfits from Spain- thats all on hold because I am too excited about my road trip- so I am trying to take as many pix as possible – Good memories to remember 😛

Anyways, I have another few days to explore and blog about this amazing trip but for now lets talk outfit- This is one of my fav outfit, Weather was gorgeous today and I couldn’t think of anything better to wear.

Heres some pictures…

The most colorful thing in the world is black and white, it contains all colors and at the same time excludes all.
“Do you agree??? ”

I have been obsessed with black and white for like ever (mentioned in my previous posts).  Did I tell you guys that I am obsessed with ‘Shirt-dresses’.

black-and-white-9 black-and-white-8 black-and-white-7 Black-and-white-6 Black-and-white-5 Black-and-White-4 black-and-white-3 Black-and-white-2 Black-and-White-1 Black-and-white-10

Shirt-dress – I was soo in love with this pretty white flickered shirt dress from FRENCH CONNECTION since last summer but never got the chance to buy it until a while ago, I saw one on sale and I knew it was meant to be for me. Very Easy to style- When the weather is a little dull and cold I wear it with black tights and when warm and sunny I wear it without.

Boots –  I purchased these beautiful black paten boots from ZARA – I was just browsing looking for inspiration and their new collection. I came across these boots in their sale section, it was so cheap I couldn’t resist. We all love a bargain :P.

Bag- I purchased this bag from DUNE LONDON 3 years ago I think and I only used it once. I had to buy a new bag because all the work girls decided to go out last minute and I didn’t wanted to drive all the way home and back just for a bag so I thought it will be a good idea to buy a new one and it was the only bag that went with my outfit. I got lucky with this bag as well, because it was reduced from 75£ to 35£ I think. Hopefully I will use this bag more in the summer :).

Necklace – From NEW LOOK – I found this in my Jewellery box, it looks ok with the dress, I don’t have many necklaces – need to invest more…On my wish list…

Hat – from H&M I purchased this hat last year to go with a dress I think I never used it again since I was wearing al black and white, this hat went well with my style and completed the look.

What do you guys think about my BLACK and WHITE outfit?

Lots of Love

Walk, Look, See, Stop, Photograph

Do you guys ever feel like your reaction is much faster when you are holding a camera? I do, every time I am holding my camera, I feel like I want to capture moments and keep them forever.

A while ago, my niece and nephew were playing outside our house, I was sat  playing with my cameras settings. The scream and laughter of these two kids distracted me from what I was doing. I looked up and it  felt like  these two beautiful kids playing, jumping, screaming and laughing in slow motion, full of life and energy.

Talking about quick reaction, I picked up my camera and I just wanted to capture the energy, the movement,  memories and moments. It is so strange that every time I look at these images I remember the exact moment of how I felt and the slow motion movements.

I will attache some images, I know it is nothing to do with fashion or styling but it is something important and very special to me so obviously I am going to share it with you guys.

Hello…. I am back

Hey guys whats up??

Its been months since my last post, I produced so much work but unfortunately I never had the time to post them. So this post is just a quick update on what has been happening in my life for the past few months.

1- I graduated University with a 2:1 in Fashion Styling with Makeup and Hair Design.

2- left my old job and got a new job- full time (one of the reasons for not blogging)

3- Treated myself to a new car. Yes, Mini cooper convertible in black, the car i wanted for a long time.

4- Went to Egypt- Sharm El sheikh- just a quick break- well needed.

5- I went to Wireless festival in London, it was my first ever festival and I loved every second of it. Already decided that I am going for the full 3days next year as i only went for 2 this time.

6- I took swimming lesson- Yes you read that right. I have been petrified of water/swimming and one of my biggest goals this year was to get over it. The only way I could do this was by taking swimming lesson and I am glad to say I can swim now.

7- I went scuba diving- after learning to swim I felt a little to brave and went scuba diving in Egypt, it was such an amazing experience and I loved it. Red sea is one of the most beautiful places for snorkelling and scuba diving.

8- Been feeling lost, confused and finding really difficult to adjust to adulthood. I still feel like a typical student, finding working full time very hard. Is this normal? Because I thought after a month or two I will get used to it but no I was wrong… This is something I am still trying to figure out.

9- I continued with photography and produced some good images- yes me and my camera are becoming best buddies.

10- I collaborated with a few friends helping with styling, modelling and makeup- always good to help others, you never know when you need them to do the same for you. Well i hope they do.

11- I was really unwell. Thank god feeling much better now positive and motivated.

12- Attended a few vintage fairs in my city, unfortunately I did not find anything nice to buy. But always next time and maybe I need to start looking harder- any tips on how to find good vintage stuff- feel free to share.

13- I been offered other jobs but turned them down 👎 purely because when the person called me for the interview didn’t excite me enough to say yes, and not know what I exactly want to do career wise is making it harder for me. My excuse for this is – I am still in the student mode…

This could go on and on and on but lets leave it here… I shall update you guys soon with my work.

Lots of love

Some snaps from summer 2014

Roll on 2015

The weather is beautiful today, sunny and warm. I took a few snaps of what I am wearing today and wanted to share them on my blog. So today I decided to wear red shorts (my fav colour), and black top. To give it the full summer vibe I wore the floral jacket. I wore this jacket before with a floral skirt/dress because I liked the idea of blending different patterns but today I quite like wearing one floral piece to make my outfit stand out a little.

If the pictures are not clear enough, then sorry, I took them with my iphone.

Liquorice Summer Bikini

Is it time to get ready for summer yet? Because the weather is getting warmer and brighter day by day.

These beautiful bikinis from Keelin’s collection are definitely on my wish list for this summer.

Last week I was collaborating with a Fashion Designer friend Keelin, who just finished her new summer 2014 bikini collection. You all probably know by now that I love collaborating and working with new people, wither it is photography, fashion, styling or makeup. I just love experimenting.

When collaborating with people I am always the stylist, but with this shoot I was the makeup artist as well as giving advice when styling. What I love about these gorgeous bikinis are that the prints are based on fairgrounds and it’s made with sustainable fabric.

Another amazing feature of these summer bikinis are that they are reversible. What else can a girl possibly want when out at the beach or holiday with having these 2 in 1 amazing bikinis? They take less space in your suitcase, so you don’t have to worry that when travelling.

Keelin decided to call this collection ‘Liquorice’ and her aim for the next few days are to set up a boutique store for this collection and sell them in sweet jars. When purchasing, you’re not only getting a reversible two in one bikini but also a sweet jar of your own choice. Now this is my kind of bikini shopping for summer.

Here are a few snaps of my favorite snaps from the shoot.

I definitely want one of these for summer, let me know what you guys think about reversible bikinis..
